Prevent simultaneous rule execution

With this product release, v10 offers the possibility to prevent users from executing simultaneously several individual rules or rules included in an execution plan and thus prevent any possible data corruption. When the feature flag is enabled, admin users will be able to enable the Prevent Simultaneous Rule Execution parameter in v10 Web App, under Admin > Global Settings > Component Settings .
