Download inbox documents in bulk
With this new feature, users are able to download several documents simultaneously via the Team Documents and My Documents sections of the (missing or bad snippet) of the v10 Web App interface. This feature is offering a gain of time to payees and managers alike by removing the need to download documents one by one. This is particularly useful for managers who need to download documents for their whole team.

Restrict edition and deletion of attached documents
This new feature of the v10 Web App interface offers the possibility to restrict the edition and the deletion of attached documents in process and data grids. With the implementation of new permissions and an enhanced interface, the management of attached documents has been improved, adding more control for document owners and restricting available actions for users to whom documents are accessible. In addition, the name of the user who uploaded the document, as well as the upload date and time, are now displayed under the document name.

Machine learning and predictive pay
A beta version of the beqom machine learning engine is now available in the v10 Web App interface. Used with a base salary estimation model that can be uploaded in the engine, the engine’s modeling framework will drive better decisions regarding baseline salary in a variety of situations such as deciding the hiring base salary or changes in base salary, by eliminating human bias and standardizing the decision-making process through the systematic use of objective criteria.
The feature is based on a standard data model that contains a common set of predefined variables, such as performance and length of service, that can be used to train the machine learning model.
