Inbox document visibility
This new enhancement to the Inbox component of the v10 Web App interface offers added control over the distribution of documents via the Team Documents section. Using this feature, managers have the possibility to determine the date and time at which they want to make documents available to their team members. This offers administrators the possibility to generate documents in advance without having them immediately available to employees inMy Documents for more flexibility in the communication process.
In addition, managers also have the possibility to revoke access to documents for their team members.

For the document visibility feature to work properly, reports must be generated using beqom APIs. For more information, see BQM90 - [[[Undefined variable FAQ_Titles.BQM90]]].
Share views in process grids
This new feature of the v10 Web App interface offers admin users the possibility to share process grid views to available profiles directly from the Process component. The view management tool has been improved in order to easily manage new views, share them and assign them by default to any profile available in the system. When a view is shared to a given profile, any modification performed to that view by the administrator can either be automatically updated for all users sharing the profile or only when users open the view again. In the context of a compensation round, preparing a process view with specific data and make this view as a default when opening a grid is a significant time saver and make the management of comp rounds much more efficient.

Localized date formatting in grids
This new improvement, introduced in process grids, data grids and ad hoc reports, ensures that format of the dates in date and date-time fields corresponds to the language in which the user is using the beqom Web Application. Previously, date and date-time fields were always formatted identically, regardless of the selected culture. This improvement enhances the cultural fitness of the application in supported languages for a better overall user experience.
